Please provide at least 3 to 4 pictures for design purposes. (Not all photos may be used in the final design)
Make sure ALL pics are clear, refrain from low resolution photos. Low resolution photos can delay your processing and alter the look of your stole.
Please be mindful of the pictures you are using and the resolution. Dark photos will not show clearly on the stoles. Please make sure to send clear high resolution photos for better quality.
As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary. Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days (Monday - Friday) to receive a digital design draft for approval. Once a design draft has been sent, you will be allowed 2 edits (One to change from the 1st mockup sent, and one additional change, if needed)
* If you would like additional edits, you will be charged a design fee of $15. *If you choose to change photos from the original photos submitted, a change photo fee will be charged of $5 for each photo swap.
Once the digital design is sent, you have 24 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within this time period, your item may be sent to production, and at this time, no further changes can be made once printing has been done.
We try to have all orders processed within 5 to 7 business days (Normal Processing Time - does not include shipping time - Processing Time ONLY)
If you require Expedited Service, please message us IMMEDIATELY and we will try to accommodate your request. RUSH FEE and express shipping fee will apply.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: USPS Express Shipping. Express Shipping does not push your order to the front of the worklist. If you want your order to be processed sooner please contact us via a Facebook message or email at teeaddictz.biz@gmail.com to process your payment with the rush fee AND expedited shipping.

Custom made items are non-refundable; please make sure you look over the digital draft carefully before giving approval.
